Sean spent years as a serious, driven athlete who kept running into walls that nobody around him could explain. Not lack of effort - lack of answers. Coaches who didn't dig deep enough. Programs that ignored how his body actually moved. That frustration pushed him to go further: studying biomechanics, movement mechanics, and eventually the psychology behind why people do or don't change.

With a background in psychology, Sean understands that the most important variable in any coaching relationship is the human. That means exploring identity, mindset, history, and the way someone thinks - not just the way they move. When the mind and body are addressed together, everything becomes more effective.

He specializes in the complex cases: persistent movement limitations, recurring injury patterns, and athletes who've been told to "just rest" without ever being told why.

Laura knows what it's like to do everything right and still feel like something is deeply off. After navigating her own health journey and discovering how profoundly standard nutrition advice fails to account for the complexity of women's bodies - hormones, metabolism, gut health, stress response - she went deep into functional nutrition and root-cause health coaching.
