Our Functional Fitness & Health Strategy Sessions are professional consultations designed to help you identify root causes, gain clarity, and create a personalized plan for lasting progress.

These one-on-one sessions are ideal for anyone who wants a deep, individualized assessment — whether your goal is to move better, improve energy and recovery, or get a clear plan that ties everything together.

Each session includes:
• 60 minute one-on-one Zoom consultation
• Comprehensive intake and assessment process
• Review of relevant data (movement videos, nutrition logs, or lab work)
• Personalized written summary with clear next steps and supporting resources

You’ll walk away with a plan you can implement immediately — and the option to apply your session cost toward your first month of coaching if we decide to continue working together.

Functional Fitness Strategy Session ($200)

with Sean Jacobs

A professional consultation focused on movement, mobility, posture and performance.


We’ll assess how you move, identify limiting patterns, and create a clear strategy for training smarter and reducing pain or frustration in the gym.

Includes:
• Comprehensive intake & movement assessment
• 60-minute Zoom consultation

• Review of training videos or current programming (if available)
• Written summary with key findings, adjustments, and 2–3 targeted exercises
• Option to apply session cost toward your first month of coaching if we continue

Functional Health Strategy Session ($250)

with Laura Jacobs

A professional consultation focused on optimizing your nutrition, hormones, and overall health.


We’ll review your current intake, stress, and recovery patterns, assess key markers, and identify what’s holding you back — so you can feel more energized, balanced, and resilient.

Includes:
• Comprehensive health & nutrition intake
• 60-minute Zoom consultation
• Review of bloodwork, labs, or testing (if available)
• Written summary with key findings, recommendations, and next steps
• Option to apply session cost toward your first month of coaching if we continue

Full Functional Strategy Session ($400)

with Sean & Laura Jacobs

The most comprehensive option for those who want complete insight into both training and health.


Together, we’ll analyze your movement, nutrition, recovery, and overall lifestyle — helping you connect the dots and build a strategy that improves performance, energy, and longevity.

Includes:
• Combined intake forms (training + health)
• Pre-call review of movement, nutrition, and labs (if applicable)
• 90-minute dual consultation via Zoom
• Integrated written plan covering training, recovery, and nutrition strategies
